What you can do
- Get notified about ticket assignments and updates in a personal chat.
- Turn any Teams message into a new ticket, or create one from the compose and command box.
- Search and open tickets by number (for example IT-1284) right from the message box.
- Review and triage your personal ticket queue in the My Queue tab.

Runs in Microsoft Teams (desktop, web, and mobile), Outlook, and the Microsoft 365 app.
Account dependency
In order to use this app, you need an active skySupport account. skySupport is Admin-facing: a skySupport administrator must first connect your organization, after which admin can sign in and manage
tickets. There is no self-service sign-up inside the app — contact us to get your organization set up.
