Asherpa is a leadership activation engine built natively for Microsoft Teams. It sits invisibly inside the tools your leaders already use and delivers evidence-based coaching at the exact moment it is needed, before a meeting begins.

Asherpa uses generative AI to produce personalised coaching recommendations. Coaching cards are generated by a large language model grounded in your organisation's own leadership framework and peer-reviewed research. AI-generated suggestions are starting points — the leader decides what to use, adapt, or disregard. Asherpa does not make decisions about leaders or employees.

Responsible AI and content reporting

Asherpa moderates all AI-generated content by grounding outputs in your organisation's own leadership framework and peer-reviewed research. Coaching suggestions are always presented as starting points for the leader to review, adapt, or disregard. Asherpa stays focused on leadership conversations — if a message falls outside supported topics, the bot guides the user back to relevant areas. If you encounter AI-generated content that is inappropriate, inaccurate, or objectionable, please report it to kk@asherpa.dk. All reports are reviewed and acted upon within 5 business days.

How it works

Each morning, Asherpa reads a leader's calendar via Microsoft Graph and sends a personalised nudge in Teams chat. Leaders tap once to receive a coaching card before any meeting: a 1:1, a performance review, an interview, a team session. The coaching is grounded in your company's own leadership framework, values, and language, extracted once and applied to every session automatically.

What makes Asherpa different

Most leadership tools require leaders to change their behaviour: logging in, completing modules, building new habits. Asherpa requires nothing. Leaders receive coaching in Teams chat and inside Outlook calendar invites. There is no app to download, no account to create, and no workflow to learn.

Upload your leadership framework, review what the AI extracts, and add leaders by Microsoft email address. From that point, every leader in scope receives personalised, company-voiced coaching automatically. The analytics dashboard shows adoption patterns and which leadership principles leaders are engaging with, aggregate only, never individual-level data.

Privacy by design

Asherpa holds data about leaders and companies only, never about employees or direct reports. Leader sessions are private. The organisation sees patterns, not individuals. All data is stored in EU-based Azure infrastructure with per-leader encryption.

Deployed via Microsoft 365 admin centre in minutes. No infrastructure required. Compatible with all Microsoft 365 business and enterprise plans.

Account requirements

An active Asherpa subscription is required to use this app. Leaders are enrolled by their organisation's L&D Director - no individual account or sign-up required.
