The REACH RGA app is the ideal companion for your REACH LX subscription. Easily view your and your team's REACH GROW ACHIEVE personal dashboards, giving you immediate access to your reports, learning content, and performance reviews in Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365 and Outlook hubs. Team Leaders can view their team's performance, view team goals, provide feedback, and receive leadership coaching from Ali, their personal AI leadership coach. Ali answers your questions and provides focused guidance based only on your own team's survey data and from your team's REACH reports. Ali is an efficient way to summarise reports and bring together information from multiple REACH profiles. For example, you can ask, 'Based on Mike Sargent's REACH profile, how should I approach giving feedback to Mike?' or 'Improving which REACH dimension provides the best opportunity to grow my Accounting team?'. To report any AI-generated objectionable content or other issues with AI, please email support@reachlx.com. This app requires a REACH LX subscription if you are team leader or a completed REACH survey if you are a team member.
