GoLinks

by GoLinks Enterprises, Inc.

(845 ratings)

GoLinks are intuitive, easy-to-remember short links, shared by teams.

GoLinks, also known as go links, golinks, go/links, or go-links, gives teams a simple way to create, share, and access important work resources. Go links are short, human-readable URLs that are easy to remember and can be used in browsers, emails, chats, and conversations. Instead of sharing long URLs, employees can use a go link to quickly access a resource and share it with others.

GoLinks brings this shared library of company resources into Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Copilot, making it easier to find and share information where employees already work.

With GoLinks in Microsoft Teams:

  • Send one or more go links in a Teams message, and the GoLinks app creates a clickable card for each link.
  • Each card includes the go link's description, helping teammates understand what the resource is before opening it.
  • Go links shared in Teams channels resolve automatically once your GoLinks and Microsoft accounts are connected.

With GoLinks in Microsoft Copilot:

  • Search your company's GoLinks library directly from Copilot.
  • Ask Copilot to look up a go link or explain what a go link is used for.
  • Create a new go link in Copilot for quick access to a resource.

The GoLinks app for Microsoft Copilot is available on the free plan. Collections tools require a GoLinks Pro plan, and Audit Log tools require a GoLinks Enterprise plan.

Getting started with GoLinks is free. Connect the Microsoft Teams app or the GoLinks app for Microsoft Copilot, then create a free account at
