How it works
When a user adds or updates a sales or purchase line, the app automatically:
  • Looks up all matching document item mappings
  • Calculates the correct quantity using ratios, minimum quantities, and rounding rules
  • Inserts the related item lines with the correct location and dates
  • Keeps document items linked to the source line for automatic updates
If the source line changes (eg. quantity, UoM, dates, location), the document item lines update instantly—keeping everything in sync.

Fully configurable to your business needs
Define your own rules per item and unit of measure:
  • Quantity per unit of measure
  • Minimum quantity thresholds
  • Rounding type (nearest, up, down)
  • Rounding precision
  • Multiple document items per source item
