RUX Telematics for Business Central is a comprehensive integration that connects leading telematics providers (Samsara, Azuga) directly with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central’s Fixed Asset management module. This integration enables organizations to monitor, track, and manage their physical assets from within their existing ERP environment.
• Seamless Asset Linking – Link telematics-tracked vehicles, equipment, trailers, and assets to Fixed Assets in Business Central with built-in validation to prevent duplicate assignments.
• Real-Time Data Synchronization – Automatically retrieve and display GPS location data, odometer readings, and engine hours directly within the Fixed Asset Card.
• Multi-Provider Support – Flexibility to work with Samsara or Azuga telematics platforms through a unified interface with provider-specific API configuration.
• Automated Data Refresh – Schedule automatic updates via Job Queue Entries, or manually refresh data on-demand with a single click from the Fixed Asset Card.
• Enhanced Visibility – View live telematics data through dedicated FactBoxes on the Fixed Asset Card, providing instant access to GPS location, odometer readings, and engine hour metrics.
