Overview Migrate your in-scope workloads to Microsoft Azure in 3 weeks with a structured, low-risk approach. We use Azure Migrate to discover and assess your environment, right-size targets, estimate costs, and then execute the migration with validation and handover.
What’s included (3 week delivery)
Week 1 – Discover & Assess (Decide) • Deploy Azure Migrate discovery (appliance or import) and build workload inventory • Readiness, right-sizing, and cost estimates for Azure targets
Week 2 – Design & Plan (Plan) • Target architecture & migration waves (grouping, dependencies, downtime plan) • Foundation setup for migration (resource groups, networking basics, access model)
Week 3 – Execute & Cutover (Execute) • Migrate in-scope servers/workloads using Azure Migrate (recommended for server migration) • Testing/validation, cutover support, stabilization, and operational handover • Decommission guidance for legacy workloads after successful cutover (as applicable)
Note: Azure Site Recovery is primarily for disaster recovery, not migration; we use Azure Migrate as the default migration path.
Deliverables • Assessment pack (readiness, sizing, cost) + migration runbook • Migrated workloads in Azure + validation results + handover documentation
Prerequisites Azure subscription access + required source credentials/connectivity for discovery and migration.
