Teams Company Communicator 2-Week Implementation

Teams application for creating and sending messages intended for multiple teams or large number of employees over chat allowing organization to reach employees right where they collaborate. Company communicator has many use cases, such as new initiative announcements, employee onboarding, modern learning and development, or organization-wide broadcasts. Easy interface for designated users to create, preview, collaborate and send messages. 

Sulava will plan and deploy Teams Company Communicator to customer´s environment in two weeks engagement.

First week:

• Planning the scenarios for the Company Communicator
• Set up the pre-requisites in Azure with customer´s technical team, and
• Plan the communication and adoption with the communication team

Second week:

• Actual deployment of the application to customer´s environment and test the features and functionalities.
• When testing is completed, internal communications will send the first messages to the selected end-user population.
• After the deployments Sulava together with customer will identify the customization needs and deliver the customization based on requirements.
