One-week working plan
- Day 1 — Align & Assess: kickoff, success criteria, stakeholder interviews (business + IT), and constraints inventory (data access, security, compliance, operating model).
- Day 2 — Discover Use Cases: workshop from business challenges to AI opportunities; define value drivers and measurable KPIs; initial Microsoft stack mapping.
- Day 3 — Prioritize: score and rank use cases (impact vs. feasibility); identify quick wins and foundational enablers; select top 3–5 for deep definition.
- Day 4 — Define Top Use Cases: build use case briefs (scope, KPIs, data/integrations, guardrails); draft reference architecture; confirm dependencies and candidate owners.
- Day 5 — Executive Readout: present prioritized backlog and use case briefs; confirm 30-day Start Plan and next steps; hand off final artifacts.
