We create a structured knowledge base in Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft OneDrive and integrate a Microsoft Copilot Studio-powered conversational agent into Microsoft Teams or web apps. Employees can quickly access knowledge, auto-generate documents from templates, and reduce manual effort, all within their Microsoft 365 environment.
We also set up core Azure services: Azure AI Search for data retrieval, Azure Functions for agent actions, Azure Key Vault for secrets, and Azure Monitor (Application Insights) for observability. If multilingual content is needed, we configure Azure AI Translator for language translation.
Model processing occurs within Microsoft services, in accordance with your tenant and subscription policies.
Prerequisites (customer):
• Active Azure subscription (rights to deploy Azure AI Search; Azure Functions; Azure App Service or Azure Container Apps; Azure Key Vault; and Azure Monitor (Application Insights).
• Microsoft 365 tenant with Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams; Microsoft Copilot Studio environment and capacity as applicable.
• Admin consents: Microsoft Entra ID app registration, plus Microsoft Graph and Microsoft SharePoint permissions (Global, App, or SharePoint Admin).
Key Outcomes:
• Gain faster access to organizational knowledge with AI-powered search backed by Azure AI Search (semantic ranker or vector search).
• Ensure consistency with automated, template-based document generation.
• Reduce manual effort in data entry, search, and document creation.
• Enhance decision-making with quick, AI-powered insights through grounded retrieval, with optional translations where required.
• Protect data using Microsoft authentication, security and governance controls, and Azure controls such as Microsoft Entra ID RBAC, Azure Key Vault secrets, and subscription-level monitoring in Azure Monitor.
• Integrate seamlessly with Microsoft 365 (Microsoft Teams, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft OneDrive) and Azure services (Azure AI Search, Azure Functions, and Azure AI Translator if required).

• Azure foundation (deployed in your subscription):
o Azure resource group with Bicep or ARM templates and a deployment and cost summary.
o Azure AI Search: data sources and skillsets, index, and indexer schedule.
o Azure Functions, or Azure App Service or Azure Container Apps for agent actions (template merge and enrichment).
o Azure Key Vault for secrets and identities; Microsoft Entra ID app registrations and permissions.
o Azure Monitor (Application Insights) dashboards and basic alerts.
o Azure AI Translator (optional): configured for language translation when multilingual support is in scope.
Deployed on an Azure backbone (Azure AI Search) in your Azure subscription and Microsoft 365 tenant, secured by Microsoft Entra ID; optional Azure AI Translator enables multilingual experiences.
