The agent grounds every response in curated knowledge stored in dedicated Microsoft SharePoint folders, eliminating the need to dig through documents and ensuring answers reflect your organization's official HR content.

Automate Paid Time Off (PTO) requests Users submit PTO requests directly through chat. The agent presents an interactive adaptive card to capture start date, end date, and request type. Once submitted, Microsoft Power Automate logs the request in a Microsoft SharePoint list and triggers the approval workflow. Approve in Microsoft Teams Managers receive each request as an adaptive card in Teams and can approve or reject in real time — keeping the approval cycle fast and transparent.
