• Select repositories for hands-on training
• Build a modernization roadmap aligned with business and technical goals

3. Copilot Training Program: Our hands-on workshop is designed to empower administrators and developers in two separate tracks:

   • Track A: Admin Workshop:
     Covering Copilot management, monitoring, governance, adoption measures and operational support

   • Track B: Engineering Workshop: Featuring guided Copilot training and a hands-on hackathon to build or modernize an application using Copilot.
