Myridius Evoq AI Assessment

The purpose of this assessment is to:

• Establish a baseline for your organization’s current AI maturity across multiple dimensions
• Identify strengths and areas for improvement in AI readiness
• Create a foundation for strategic AI investment decisions and prioritization

Assessment Framework: Six Key Dimensions

1. Organization: We evaluate leadership commitment, strategic alignment, and operational structure for AI initiatives. We also help define a vision and strategy that can be executed using Microsoft’s ecosystem, including:

• Azure OpenAI for foundation models
• Azure Machine Learning for building, training, and deploying models
• Microsoft Copilot Studio for integrating AI into business workflows

2. Data Readiness: We assess data quality, accessibility, and infrastructure to determine AI readiness. Recommended Microsoft tools include:

• Microsoft Fabric and Azure Data Factory for data integration
• OneLake and Azure Data Lake Storage for scalable, secure data storage
• Purview for data governance and cataloging

3. Technology: We review your current tech stack’s ability to support scalable AI solutions and assess infrastructure readiness and recommend:

• Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) for scalable AI workloads
• Azure Synapse Analytics for unified analytics
• GitHub and Azure DevOps for CI/CD and model lifecycle management

4. Talent: We evaluate your team’s AI skills, training programs, and hiring strategies.

5. Operations: We examine process automation and enterprise-wide AI deployment and assess how well AI is embedded into business operations using:

• Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) for low-code automation
• Copilot integrations across Microsoft 365 for productivity enhancement

6. Governance: We evaluate your AI policies, compliance, ethics, and risk management to help establish a responsible AI framework using:

• Azure AI Content Safety and Responsible AI Dashboard
• Microsoft Purview Compliance Manager for regulatory alignment
• Azure Policy and Defender for Cloud for security and monitoring
