Agent Connect bridges the gap between Microsoft Copilot Studio and telephony. It enables your AI agents to answer phone calls via your existing SIP trunk or PSTN provider — all without Dynamics 365 Contact Center.
How it works:
- Incoming calls arrive via your SBC through Azure Communication Services (Direct Routing)
- Caller speech is transcribed in real-time using Deepgram Nova-3
- Transcriptions are sent to your Copilot Studio agent via DirectLine API
- Agent responses are spoken back using Azure Neural Voices (multilingual)
