Instructions: Start a new VM based on the image and provide at least 32 Gb RAM for it. In the instance details section, enable 'Auto-assign Public IP'. Open at least TCP connections through ports 80, 443 (home page), 5080 (deployment administration) and 22 (SSH). Wait until the instance starts and 4 additional minutes for all the RapidMiner Services to start. To access these services in this VM you need to connect to the url http://[public IP or name of the instance]. The password is the id of the VM.
