Who it is for

Organisations that cannot afford to fail, running hybrid estates where Azure sits alongside legacy, private or regulated connectivity. NHS trusts and ICBs, central government departments, local authorities and police forces, plus the healthcare and government technology providers delivering into them. It suits infrastructure, network and security leaders who are accountable for a critical service end to end but only control part of the supply chain, and who have to evidence governance across the whole of it.

The problem it solves

Connectivity, security and observability are usually bought as separate products, from separate vendors, through separate portals and contracts. That leaves the integration and the governance burden with you. Critical services then fail in the space between suppliers, where responsibility is fragmented and no one owns the boundary. Every unreconciled change widens the gap between the intended state and the actual state, and that accumulated governance debt is why estates become too fragile to modernise, even as the pressure to modernise grows. Meanwhile audits and service reviews turn into an exercise in assembling evidence from disconnected dashboards after the fact.

Cloud Gateway removes that burden. The Unified Control Plane integrates approved technologies so your in-scope managed services are operated as one rather than assembled from parts. The Service Intelligence Layer turns their operational data into service context, decisions and evidence, so reviews start from evidence rather than interpretation, and modernisation can happen progressively instead of waiting for a big bang.

Connect

Azure ExpressRoute, provisioned through Cloud Gateway or as ExpressRoute Direct, with connectivity to other cloud service providers alongside it. Managed WAN and SD-WAN, VPN site connectivity, data centre cross connects and NNIs, and accredited connectivity to public sector networks including HSCN and PSN. Hybrid estates connect directly, without backhauling traffic through a central data centre first.

Protect

Managed firewall, secure web gateway, ZTNA and remote access, and WAF, operated through the same control plane as your connectivity rather than as a separate estate with its own portal and its own contract.

Observe

Telemetry and service context from your in-scope managed services, presented through the Service Intelligence Layer. It supports compliance and audit readiness, and helps identify likely causes when a service degrades.

How it is delivered

One UK-based team, backed by a 24/7 UK-based Network Operations Centre. The architecture is open, modular and interoperable, designed around your environment, so services can be added at pace without re-architecting and without legacy lock-in. Accredited to ISO 27001, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and Cyber Essentials Plus, with HSCN and PSN connection status.

Proof

Customers include HMCTS, NHS England, Defra and the Maritime and Coastguard Agency.

Avon and Somerset Police moved from a single legacy MPLS supplier, with backhauled traffic and limited security visibility, to direct sovereign connectivity into Azure and national policing networks, with managed firewall providing real-time traffic visibility. The network then carried an Azure data centre migration and an ERP rollout concurrently, without disruption.
