The service consists of the following 4 components:

• Ongoing Azure management service
• Ongoing Azure infrastructure optimization
• Initial core infrastructure provisioning of Azure landing zone (optional)
• Azure migration

When to consider Netsurit's Azure Managed Service

• You are concerned about the reliability, security and efficiency of your Azure implementation
• You need to show your stakeholders that your Azure environment is being effectively managed
• You need to proactively manage your Azure costs

This service will include the following activities:

• Create and manage Azure resources, including subscriptions, resource groups, and virtual machines
• Use Infrastructure-as-Code for deployments.
• Monitor Azure resources and services and proactively remediate issues
• Assist with application deployment and management
• Proactively manage security posture and role assignments
• Proactive Azure cost monitoring and management (FinOps)
• Ensure backups, disaster recovery and high availability is working
• Execute service and change requests
• Perform root cause analysis for incidents

Each engagement has the possibility of needing to be custom scoped based on specific customer environments and requirements, so in some cases scoping and costing may differ from what is estimated in this offer
