Internet Access Pilot for Microsoft Entra ID - Implementation

ITC Secure will deliver a Microsoft Entra Internet Access pilot to help organizations secure outbound access to internet and SaaS applications using Zero Trust principles. This pilot provides secure web access for users, applying identity-based controls, threat protection, and web filtering — all without traditional network security appliances. Through this engagement, ITC Secure ensures rapid enablement, configuration, and validation of Microsoft Entra Internet Access, driving secure, modern internet access for hybrid workforces.

• Environment Assessment - Review the customer's network and identity setup to validate readiness for Microsoft Entra Internet Access.
• Initial Configuration - Set up Microsoft Entra Internet Access connectors and configure secure web access settings.
• Policy Design & Enforcement - Define and apply web filtering, access, and Conditional Access policies based on user roles and risk levels.
• SaaS App Protection - Enable secure, monitored access to key SaaS applications (e.g., Microsoft 365, Salesforce) through Microsoft Entra.
• User Pilot & Testing - Onboard pilot users to test internet access and validate experience and policy enforcement.
• Logging & Visibility - Integrate with Microsoft Defender XDR and Sentinel to enable web access visibility, alerts, and reporting.
• Training & Knowledge Transfer - Provide documentation and hands-on training to IT admins for managing Microsoft Entra Internet Access.
• Feedback Loop & Optimization - Collect feedback, fine-tune configurations, and define next steps for scaling the solution.
