LaunchEvents / SmartAlerts Disclosure:
This add-in uses LaunchEvents to check outgoing emails before sending. When you click Send:
- When it activates: The add-in checks if any recipient email address exists as a contact in your Readybuild CRM
- What it does: If a recipient is found in your CRM and you haven't scheduled email logging, you'll see a prompt reminding you to log the email. You can choose to send anyway or open the add-in to log the email first
- What information is accessed: Recipient email addresses (To/CC) are checked against your CRM contacts. If auto-logging is enabled, the email subject and body are sent to Readybuild to create an activity record
