- SPFx Web Part – Used on SharePoint modern pages for daily hour tracking
- SPFx Full-Page Application – Provides a full-page experience within SharePoint
Solution Overview
The Timesheet Add-in automatically lists all SharePoint sites, their respective lists, and associated tasks—displaying only the sites that the user has permission to access.
Users can log both billable and non-billable hours for up to seven days per week, with the ability to:
- Copy data from the previous week for faster entry
- Add, remove, or clear timesheet rows as needed
- Save progress at any time
- Export logged data, with export access governed by SharePoint permissions to ensure data security and compliance
Getting Started
No separate sign-up is required. Once the solution is installed by a SharePoint administrator or site owner, the Web Part, Full-Page app become accessible to authorized users based on SharePoint permissions.
Administrators can add the Daily Hours Tracker to any SharePoint site or modern page where time tracking is required. A detailed demonstration video is also available to guide onboarding and usage.
