Knowledge Base by Bamboo has two components, a Knowledge Base by Bamboo webpart application that acts as a webpart or that takes over the full page and a Knowledge Base by Bamboo Lite application that only allows viewing of articles. The full Knowledge Base by Bamboo application allows article creation, manipulation, reviewing and archiving. There are also means to view Knowledge Base by Bamboo usage and metrics.

Limitation

Knowledge Base by Bamboo does not currently have the option to automatically deploy the application to all sites. Upon adding Knowledge Base by Bamboo to the App Catalog, the application must be manually added to the site contents of any site in order for Knowledge Base by Bamboo to deploy.
