Plan:

1. Capture business use cases for the solution
2. Identify the client's needs and readiness for the modernization
3. Capture the current state of the architecture and design the solution architecture
4. Prepare materials and artifacts
5. Transfer results to the client

Offering schedule

Assessment phase activities:

1. Identify main stakeholders, goals, time and budget constraints
2. Gather requirements for use cases, app security, reliability, compliance, and geo-location restrictions
3. Capture and document business processes

Artifacts:

• Catalogs: stakeholders, business & technical goals, constraints, etc
• High-level business process flow and use cases

Solution architecture phase activities:

1. Iteratively come up with a final solution state for the project implementation
2. Identify skills and knowledge gaps in the client's team and plan a training/staffing session
3. Develop a project transition plan aligned with uninterrupted business processes, current state, and desired architecture
4. Perform security and compliance assessment of the plan and apply updates accordingly
5. Iteratively deliver transition according to the plan

Artifacts:

• Detailed solution architecture diagram
• Application architecture: app modules conceptual diagram, tech stack & Azure services, etc
• POC plan description (if requested by the client)
• Infrastructure ongoing cost forecast
• App modernization project plan with interim coexistence strategy
