Use any tool yourself with one click, or just tell Nova what you need and she coordinates the work across your email, documents, calendar and matters. Built for Australian law practices: conveyancing, family, wills and estates, commercial, litigation and everything a general practice handles.
Nova, your AI paralegal
Chat to Nova like you would a paralegal. Ask what needs you today and she reads your mailbox, your calendar and your matters, then tells you in order of what matters most: the client who has been waiting nine days, the documents that still need filing, the time you have not billed. Every person and matter she names is one tap from opening. Ask her to draft the reply, review the contract or file the email to the matter, and she picks up the right tools and prepares it for you.

Nothing happens without you

Your information
Your correspondence, matters and notes are stored in Australia, in Amazon Web Services' Sydney region, and encrypted. Each practitioner's information is kept entirely separate. AI processing is provided by OpenAI in the United States, and text is sent there only at the moment it is processed. Full details are in our privacy policy.
Getting started
Install the add-in, sign in with your Microsoft 365 account and start your 7 day free trial. Smokeball is optional. Everything works with your mailbox alone and does more once Smokeball is connected.
Pricing
AI Legal Toolbox requires a subscription after the 7 day free trial: $149 AUD per month per user. Cancel before the trial ends and you will not be charged.
