Deliverables:

Business Central Instance setup: Setting up sandbox and production instance and necessary admin configuration to start the implementation.
Chart of accounts configuration and upload: Configuring and uploading the chart of accounts for the new system.
Customer, vendor, and item master data upload: Uploading the customer, vendor, and item master data from the existing system (if any) to Business Central.
Payment terms and methods configuration: Configuring payment terms and payment methods for the new system.
Currencies, exchange rates, and exchange gain/loss configuration: Configuring currencies, exchange rates, and exchange gain/loss settings in Business Central.
Closing balances upload: Uploading the closing balances of customers, vendors, G/L accounts, and items from the legacy system to Business Central.
Posting groups and setup configuration: Configuring posting groups and the general, inventory, and bank account posting setup.
Sales process configuration: Configuring the sales process, including sales order, shipment, invoice, sales return order, return receipt, and credit memo.
Purchase process configuration: Configuring the purchase process, including purchase order, receipt, invoice, return order, return shipment, and credit memo.
Accounting process configuration: Configuring the accounting process, including general journal, payment journals, cash receipt journals, and bank reconciliation.
Finance module configuration: Configuring the finance module, including cash flow, fixed assets, and depreciation books.
Workflow configuration: Configuring one workflow each for purchase order, invoice, sales order, invoice, and payment receipt journal.
Locations, transfer, and inventory journals configuration: Configuring locations, transfer and assembly orders, item and physical inventory journals, and other related settings.
Project process configuration: Configuring the project process, including job tasks, job planning lines, job purchase, job invoicing, and job tracking.
Report customization: Customizing 5 external reports, including purchase order, order confirmation, and sales invoice.
Key user training: Training to the key end users of each department by train-the-trainer model.
Hypercare support: Additional 1 week post go-live support, post 30 days implementation.
