What is Shippio Plug for Outlook?

It is an AI-powered Outlook add-in. The AI automatically analyzes shipping information emails from freight forwarders and shippers and registers the information with Shippio.

Key Features

  • AI Automatic Analysis - Automatically extracts BL number, Booking number, Shipper, POL/POD, ETD/ETA, etc., from email bodies.

  • Automatic Attachment Upload - Automatically uploads all email attachments (PDF, Excel, images, etc.) to Shippio.

  • Automatic Management Number Setting - Automatically detects BL number or Booking number and sets it as the management number.

  • One-Click Registration - Completes information registration with a single button, without complex input tasks.

Usage Requirements

  • Shippio Corporate Contract - A paid corporate contract with Shippio is required to use this add-in. It is not available to individual customers.

  • Authentication Information - A Shippio account (Team ID, API authentication information) is required.

  • Supported Environments - Outlook (desktop version/web version)
