Agile BI: 2-Wk Proof of Concept

This 2-week engagement is aimed at enabling you with everything you need to start reaping the value from your data in a secure and scalable way regardless of size and complexity.

This assessment will be executed using Nihilent's Agile BI Methodology that allows for rapid prototyping of data & reports based on business needs and therefore providing business users with actionable reports and dashboards quicker.

Agenda

Week 1

• Current state of data and reporting infrastructure
• Understand business needs for data insights
• Session to plan and create roadmap for implementing possible solution/recommendations on Microsoft Azure/Cloud technologies

Week 2

• Proof of Concept (select focus area based on Week 1 findings) on Microsoft Azure for data management and analytics
• This PoC will be executed based on Nihilent's Agile BI Methodology to allow for rapid prototyping of data and reports to meet business analytics needs

Deliverables

• Roadmap for implementing BI and data warehouse solutions on the Microsoft Azure/Cloud platform
• Azure consumption plan that aligns with the implementation roadmap
• Proof of Concept developed on the Microsoft Cloud Platform
