Jungle IT Azure Workshop

In order to provide an accurate architecture and scope for the professional services involved with migrating, our approach is to run an Azure Workshop.

The purpose of the workshop is to provide Azure Cloud Architect resources and direction around a sound infrastructure implementation to support application and server deployment in Azure.

The workshop includes guidance around best practices, leveraging our expertise in Azure across Infrastructure, Data, Applications and AI.

Jungle IT follow the Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework for Azure, which is a guide to the full lifecycle of cloud adoption that we have finetuned to adhere to UK and European regulations. Along the journey to the cloud, we know clients will encounter roadblocks that can be easily removed through common approaches that Jungle have consolidated into a best-practice framework.

Our Jungle approach follows this framework, supporting clients at every phase of a cloud adoption journey:

• Migrate – Azure migration guide, migration scenarios, cloud migration best practice and process improvements • Innovate – Business value consensus, build the first MVP, measure for customer impact and expand digital inventions.

The workshop is delivered in two phases – an on-site, all-day session with our architects and following this, time for our team to write up the Solution Scope, Project Plan, and all associated costs for both migrating to Azure and the ongoing Azure Consumption Revenue. We review eligibility for funding for both Consumption and migration costs where applicable
