1. Assessment & Strategy: Audit existing infrastructure, identify business drivers, and define future state vision.

2. Prioritization: Evaluate infrastructure and applications based on business value, usage, and effort, selecting modernization and AI-readiness approaches (i.e. Governance, Security, Identity, Cost Analysis and Workload Modernization).

3. Planning: Design the modernization plan, estimate costs, set timelines, and define risk management.

4. Phased Implementation Guidance: PoC recommendations, DevOps practices, and incremental value delivery.

5. Continuous Improvement: KPIs, feedback loops, and governance recommendations.
