The service is structured into progressive adoption levels (Activation, Acceleration, and Evolution), allowing customers to start with a low initial investment and scale based on demonstrated value and organizational readiness.

The program begins with an Activation phase focused on cultural readiness and opportunity discovery. It includes a kickoff session with sponsors and leaders, a discovery workshop to identify high-value quick wins, a readiness and change assessment, and an inspiration session showcasing real Power Platform use cases. The outcome is an adoption roadmap aligned with business priorities.

During the Acceleration phase, customers validate Power Platform value through a guided pilot with limited scope. This phase introduces foundational governance, structured change management, communication plans, training paths for makers, and the activation of an internal champion community.

The Evolution phase focuses on strengthening adoption through governance operation, community management, continuous enablement, feedback loops, and adoption measurement to ensure long-term sustainability.

Deliverables across the program include a maturity and readiness assessment, a prioritized list of quick wins, a 90-day action plan, adoption and change management plans, governance foundations, and initial success metrics.
