Bulk SMS Sender is a Microsoft Excel add-in for teams whose contact lists already live in a

sheet. Send appointment reminders, delivery notices, and alerts straight from the rows you

already have. No separate contact list to build or maintain.

Bring your own Twilio:

- Messages send from your own Twilio number and sender ID, so you control deliverability.

- Twilio bills you directly at its own standard rates for the messages you send.

- Your 10DLC / A2P registration stays on your Twilio account.

Features:

- Bulk send from a range: phone numbers in one column, message text in the next, click Send.

- Per-row delivery status: delivered / failed / queued written into the column next to each

row, matching your Twilio console.

- Scheduled sends (paid): pick a time and the batch fires from the cloud, even with Excel

closed.

- Custom functions: =SMS.SEND(to, body) and =SMS.STATUS(sid) for formula-driven workflows.

Note: =SMS.SEND sends a real message when the cell calculates.

- "Test my Twilio setup": one button validates your credentials and number and sends you a

live test, with the exact fix if something is wrong.

Pricing: Free tier of 25 messages per month (no card required). Optional upgrade for unlimited

sends plus scheduling. Twilio's own per-message fees are billed by Twilio directly to you.

Send-only by design: replies and STOP / opt-out handling stay on your Twilio number, where

carriers require them.
