Send to Rainmaker

durch Rainmaker.ai

Route selected emails to a deal workspace on Rainmaker and tell its AI agent what to do next.

Rainmaker helps legal teams act on important deal emails without leaving Microsoft Outlook. Open

a received message, choose the exact deal, add instructions for its Agent, and send the selected

email and supported attachments to Rainmaker for processing.

Turn email into deal work

  • Choose the correct deal. Route each message to a deal you are authorized to

access instead of relying on automatic deal matching.

  • Give the Agent clear instructions. Ask for a summary, identify action items,

compare an attachment, draft a response, or provide another deal-specific request.

  • Include selected attachments. Supported file attachments can be sent with the

email so the Agent can use them as evidence for the request.

  • Keep the request connected to the deal. Rainmaker starts a deal-scoped Agent

conversation and, when available, files the explicitly submitted message in the deal email

    feed.

  • Stay in control. Rainmaker acts only after you open the add-in, select a deal,

enter instructions, and choose Send to Agent. It does not send, modify, or automatically

    process your Outlook messages.

Built for legal teams

Rainmaker is designed for law firms and in-house legal teams working on M&A transactions,

contract negotiations, and due diligence. The add-in is part of the Rainmaker platform, and

access is provisioned by your organization.

Requirements

A Rainmaker account is required. Your organization must enable the Outlook add-in, you must have

access to at least one Deal Agent-enabled deal, and your Outlook mailbox must be connected to your

Rainmaker user profile. If you do not have access, contact your Rainmaker administrator.
