RaceMyDesk is an AI email assistant for Outlook. When you open a message and start the add-in, it reads the email you have open — subject, sender, recipients, body and past emails— and drafts a complete, ready-to-review reply written in your own voice. You review, edit, and send. Nothing goes out without you.

Who it's for
Teams that handle a high volume of email — operations, customer support, finance, and management — where a good reply depends on knowledge spread across departments, documents, and past decisions.

What it does inside Outlook

• Reads the open message and drafts a complete reply, not just a template.
• Adapts to your language, tone and writing style.
• Pulls context from your organization's own documents and records, based on what your role is allowed to see.
• Writes the draft back into your mailbox for you to review and send.

Why it needs an account
The add-in connects to your organization's own RaceMyDesk server to generate replies. You sign in with your RaceMyDesk credentials so the add-in can authenticate you and return only results your role is permitted to see. Without an active account and license, the add-in cannot generate replies.

Private by design
All email processing runs on your organization's own infrastructure. Your email content is never sent to an external RaceMyDesk cloud, and never to external AI providers. It is never used to train any model. Components are hosted within the EU.
