Tick what's right, click Apply, and they're created on the case: response deadlines on the calendar, action items assigned, the summary noted.

📨 Save to case — file the email itself into the case's Email Messages (duplicate-proof), and its attachments into the case Documents with the right category — medical records, correspondence, pleadings — in one pass.

👤 Save contact — add the adjuster, defense counsel, or records clerk who just emailed you to your firm's contacts, with automatic duplicate protection.
