Klardaten DATEV-Connector

Klardaten DATEV-Connector gives tax firms, accounting teams, and service providers controlled access to connected DATEV data in Microsoft 365 Copilot Cowork. It helps users find accounting data, client information, documents, orders, and DATEV Lohn und Gehalt or LODAS payroll information without switching applications or building a separate integration.

Supported DATEVconnect modules:

• Accounting: clients, fiscal years, postings, balances, receivables, payables, and creation of uncommitted accounting sequences with explicit authorization
• Master Data: clients, addressees, groups, categories, and responsibilities
• Document management (DMS): document metadata, files, optional indexed document-content search, and upload and creation of documents with explicit authorization
• Order Management: orders, invoices, fees, costs, and related data
• Payroll (DATEV Lohn und Gehalt): clients, employees, payroll records, and related reference data
• LODAS payroll: client data, employees, employment periods, absences, monthly records, gross payments, and hourly wages through the enabled LODAS exchange service

With explicit authorization, the connector can create uncommitted accounting sequences and upload and create DMS documents. It cannot finalize sequences or change or delete existing DATEV records. All other tools provide read-only access. Available modules, records, and fields depend on the connected DATEV modules, licensed DATEV components, configured Klardaten features, and permissions of the selected DATEV profile.

An active Klardaten account, an installed and connected Klardaten DATEVconnect Gateway, and access to the Klardaten MCP service are required. User requests and responses are supported in English and German; DATEV field values remain as supplied by DATEV.
