Postfach2PDF

Just a moment, logging you in...
Save Outlook emails and attachments as PDF — locally, in your browser. No server, no account.
Postfach2PDF saves emails and their attachments as a searchable PDF file — with one click, directly from Outlook.
What it does
- Creates a continuous PDF from subject, headers, and message body.
- Embeds PDF attachments page-accurately, and image attachments (JPG/PNG/GIF/BMP/WEBP) as their own page.
- Unsupported attachments (e.g. Office documents, ZIP) get a notice page with file name and reason — nothing disappears silently.
- Multi-select: export several emails at once as one combined PDF or as individual PDFs.
Privacy first
All processing happens locally in Outlook's browser context. There is no server that email content is sent to — the finished PDF is
offered directly as a download. External images (e.g. tracking pixels in newsletters) are blocked by default.
Languages
Available in German, English, French, Spanish, and Italian — automatically detects Outlook's display language, with manual override
available.
Runs on
New Outlook (Windows & Mac) and Outlook on the web. Not compatible with classic Win32 Outlook (legacy COM add-in model).
