Save emails and attachments from Outlook straight into your IPPortfol.io account.
IPPortfol.io for Outlook lets IP teams save emails and attachments from their inbox straight into IPPortfol.io - without leaving Outlook.
WHAT YOU DO INSIDE OUTLOOK
- Open the IP Portfolio task pane from the ribbon on any received or sent message.
- Sign in with your IPPortfol.io account, or with your Microsoft 365 work account via Sign in with Microsoft.
- Save the message - including its attachments - to IPPortfol.io in one click.
- Saved emails land in your IPPortfol.io inbox, ready to review and file to the right patent, trademark or design record.
- See your recently saved emails directly in the task pane, and open IPPortfol.io in one click when you want the full platform.
- Works in Outlook on the web, in new and classic Outlook for Windows, and in Outlook for Mac.
WHY IT MATTERS
IP correspondence - office actions, agent instructions, renewal notices, invoices - arrives by email and stays there. This add-in moves it out of the inbox and into the platform, so the portfolio, not the mailbox, is the source of truth. That means faster handovers, cleaner audit trails and less manual re-filing.
ABOUT IPPORTFOL.IO
IPPortfol.io is an IP portfolio management platform for in-house IP teams and law firms, covering docketing, deadlines, renewals and portfolio analytics for patents, trademarks and designs.

This add-in is a companion to the IPPortfol.io platform: an active, paid IPPortfol.io subscription and a valid user account are required to sign in and use it. The add-in has no standalone functionality without a subscription. There is no in-app purchase - subscriptions are agreed directly with Green3 AB. See https://ipportfol.io for pricing and to request a trial.
