Tenzo Recruiting

Recruiters receive real-time notifications about candidate interviews, grades, and recruitment updates directly in Microsoft Teams. Recruiters can use this Teams application as an alternative to email for notification delivery to allow their Teams account to be a single pane of glass into candidate application status.

Tenzo is an AI recruiting platform. Some content delivered through this Microsoft Teams app may be generated, summarized, scored, or assisted by artificial intelligence, including candidate interview summaries, candidate evaluation details, grades, and recruiting status information. AI-generated or AI-assisted content is intended to help recruiters review candidate activity more efficiently and should be reviewed by authorized users before making recruiting decisions.

The bot will respond to basic questions about functionality and usage scope if asked, but cannot currently take actions in the Tenzo platform.\n\nUsers can enable or disable teams notifications as an alternative to email notifications for candidate application updates in their user settings in the Tenzo platform.

To connect the application to your Tenzo organization, navigate to Admin > Office Integrations > Teams Notifications and enable the integration.
