Two ways to use it:

• Chat with Max in a direct message — ask where a project stands, get

  coaching on what to do next, capture evidence, or switch projects.

• Add a project page to a channel or group chat — pick one project,

  and everyone there opens it where the conversation about it already happens.

  Each person signs in with their own account and sees the project through their

  own permissions.

How it works:
