How It Works:

1. Your organization's admin provisions Be-Inc for your team
2. Open the Be-Inc panel in Microsoft Word
3. Write or paste your content
4. Review suggested improvements instantly in the Coaching tab
5. Apply changes with one click or use auto-correction
6. Track all changes in the History tab

Requirements:

• Microsoft 365 subscription (Business or Enterprise)
• Internet connection for real-time analysis
• Account provisioned by your organization (contact support@be-inc.ai)

Privacy & Security:

Your data is secure. Text you analyze is sent over an encrypted connection to the Be-Inc service, which processes it with Mistral AI, a European (EU-based) AI provider. Mistral AI does not use API data to train its models. We do not store your document content — text is discarded immediately after analysis, and only flagged words and their categories are recorded for your organization's compliance reporting.
