With this add-in, you can effortlessly archive emails and attachments directly to your DocuWare system without leaving the Microsoft Outlook environment. Enjoy intuitive workflows, whether you prefer manual selection or automated, administrator-defined storage rules. You have full control over how you store your documents: select the exact storage location - document tray or file cabinet - or simply choose from your organization’s Connect to Outlook Email configurations. Index documents with just a few clicks, making them instantly available to authorized colleagues. Seamlessly integrate email content into your business processes – for example, storing an email with an attached invoice can immediately trigger an approval workflow and accelerate processing times.

Available on both web and desktop versions of Microsoft Outlook, this add-in supports a wide range of deployment scenarios. A DocuWare Cloud user account is required. With this add-in, you can:

• Archive emails and attachments directly from Outlook – quickly, securely, and without switching applications.
• Choose between manual storage (selecting destination and format each time) or rule-based storage using configurations defined by your DocuWare administrator.
• Access the Connect to Outlook Email configurations defined by your organization, ensuring consistent and compliant archiving.
• Automatically archive emails and all matching attachments when sending, using the Send and Store feature.
• Customize how emails are stored - including format, content and whether emails and attachments are stored together or separately.
• Index documents in just a few clicks and make them immediately accessible for your team.
• Store emails from shared mailboxes, provided you have proper access rights.
• Receive visual feedback and detailed reports on storage progress after each operation

Note: Send and Store requires the add-in to be deployed by your organization's Microsoft 365 administrator; it is not available when the add-in is installed individually from the store.
