Officebooking for Outlook offers multiple possibilities to search for an available room or desk, create reservations and find a free spot to work. When you've installed Officebooking for Outlook, you will see an additional view that enables you to search for an available room by entering various filtering options such as category, number of seats and by entering free text search.

Beyond room and desk booking, Officebooking for Outlook also lets you register visitors and order services — such as catering, equipment or facilities — directly linked to the room or desk you've booked, all without leaving your meeting invite.

Note: Officebooking for Outlook requires access to an Officebooking Company Account. You'll need an individual login or access through SSO to be able to use Officebooking for Outlook.
