Truemorph powered SQL Server and Legacy SQL Analytics Stack Migration to Microsoft Fabric

Primary objective: Implement and validate the Fabric migration based on the approved target architecture and roadmap from the assessment. TrueMorph is Simform’s intelligent Fabric acceleration layer that embeds automated data quality, anomaly detection, masking, and self-healing monitoring into the migration

Activities: Confirm scope, success criteria, and migration waves (light alignment only); provision Fabric workspaces and OneLake/Lakehouse/Warehouse as per the blueprint; migrate 1–2 priority domains; convert/replace prioritized SSIS → Fabric Data Pipelines/Dataflows Gen2 (ADF only where required); modernize SSAS → Fabric semantic model / Power BI datasets; migrate SSRS → Power BI reports; run reconciliation and KPI parity validation; finalize cutover plan and handover.

Deliverables

1. Fabric workspace(s) + OneLake/Lakehouse/Warehouse setup for the approved scope, TrueMorph governance + monitoring baseline enabled

2. Migrated ingestion pipelines (prioritized SSIS → Fabric Data Pipelines/Dataflows Gen2, ADF only where required) with TrueMorph anomaly detection, rule framework, and operational alerts

3. Migrated semantic model(s) (SSAS → Power BI/Fabric dataset) for selected domain(s), with data quality checks and validation gates

4. Migrated reports (SSRS → Power BI) for the selected scope, aligned to KPI parity expectations

5. Validation pack: data reconciliation + KPI parity sign-off + performance checks, supported by TrueMorph quality checks and human-in-the-loop validation

6. Cutover & rollback plan for migrated scope + production handover checklist, including monitoring and exception handling readiness

7.Runbook + handover guide (refresh schedules, ownership, governance pointers) including TrueMorph rules/alerts overview, masking approach, and operational playbooks
