Advanced Number Sequence

The Adavenced Number Sequence feature allows to associate specific number sequences for each year of reference on certain items to a generic number sequence. It’s possible to use this custom, through Account Receivable, Sales and marketing, Account Payable, Procurement and sourcing and Project management and accounting.

Though this setting, it will be possible to register documents in different periods (situation at the turn of the year) without further additional setup and keeping intact the controls on progressive numbering such as that of Italian sales tax book sections.

For postings generate from the journal, the setup structure by year will be related to the journal name setup.

Then we will see both the setting for documents from order and the one for documents from journal
