Upgrade Assessment Questionnaire: 1-Day Workshop

The questionnaire aims to gather initial data about the current Microsoft Dynamics AX production environment which is to be assessed for the upgrade to Dynamics 365 for Operations project. Also, additional information about the customer’s requirements is collected.

The customer is asked to provide the following information:

• Current version
• Modules installed
• Interfaces

The information collected is used to develop initial ideas regarding the scope and duration of the upgrade process and the approach to be taken.
