Event-Based Activation and Smart Alerts

ForthWrite uses event-based activation (LaunchEvents). When you send a message, ForthWrite's OnMessageSend handler activates automatically in the background via Microsoft's Smart Alerts feature. If you generated a draft with ForthWrite before sending, the handler captures the AI-generated draft alongside your final sent text and securely uploads the pair to improve personalized voice matching for future replies. This process is silent and runs in the background; your email is never blocked, delayed, or modified. ForthWrite always allows the send to proceed (SendMode: SoftBlock). You can disable this behavior at any time by uninstalling the add-in.
