Solvace for Microsoft Teams

The Solvace Microsoft Teams app integrates these record-bound operational discussions into Microsoft Teams, allowing users to continue collaboration without losing the operational context or governance provided by the Solvace platform.

Microsoft Teams is not the system of record. All discussions originate in Solvace and are always tied to an existing operational record. The Teams app acts as a collaboration surface that reflects and extends these discussions, rather than creating standalone chats or channels.

Operational Collaboration in Context

The app enables users to access and participate in discussions related to operational records directly within Microsoft Teams. Every interaction remains linked to its corresponding record in Solvace, preserving traceability, accountability, and structured governance.

Users can review updates, contribute to discussions, and maintain alignment with operational activities while working in Microsoft Teams, without compromising the integrity of the Solvace platform.

How Collaboration Works

1. An operational record is created or updated in the Solvace platform
2. Discussions occur within the context of that record
3. Users access and contribute to those discussions through the Microsoft Teams app
4. All interactions remain fully linked to the original operational record

Users cannot create independent conversations inside Microsoft Teams. Only discussions related to existing Solvace operational records are available, ensuring collaboration remains structured, relevant, and governed.
