Verkada Guest Events

Whether it’s a small meeting or a large event, Verkada Guest makes visitor management easy. Invite guests directly from your Outlook Calendar, and Verkada Guest will collect their information ahead of time. Front desk teams get a detailed view of who to expect on-site, while employees are notified once their visitors arrive.

When composing an appointment in Outlook, users can link the appointment to Verkada Guest using the Verkada Guest Events add-in. This creates a record of the event in Guest that logs relevant appointment details. All appointment attendees are sent registration emails from Verkada Guest after the appointment is created.

Requirements and Setup: Employees must be granted the appropriate role in Verkada Command in order to create Guest events. The minimum role is Guest site host, which can be granted by a Workplace Site Admin in Verkada Command. To set up your Verkada Guest account for the first time, create a new Verkada Command organization at https://command.verkada.com.
