Supported clients: Microsoft Teams (desktop, web, and mobile).

With TeamsDesk, users can:

- Submit tickets directly in Teams through an intuitive personal tab.

Requirements and limitations:

- Requires an active Microsoft 365 work or school account to sign in.

- Teams admin consent may be required on first install to enable single sign-on and Microsoft Graph permissions.

- Provides a personal app experience in Teams.

- Some admin configuration (for example, mailbox connections) may open in a web view surfaced from within the Teams app. Any workflows outside Teams are optional and clearly separate from in-Teams functionality.
