The WeGroup Smart Buddy helps insurance advisers work faster and more efficiently from their mailbox. As soon as an email is opened, the add-in recognises the customer and shows the relevant customer, policy, and object data from your core system.

The Smart Buddy summarises long email threads, suggests draft replies, and helps turn emails into tasks or appointments right away. This reduces manual work, cuts down on searching, and helps teams handle email more quickly.

Important: use of the WeGroup Smart Buddy requires an active WeGroup licence or subscription. A separate WeGroup service purchase may be required to access, activate, and use the features described below. Availability depends on your organisation’s WeGroup setup and core system connection.
