This Outlook add-in is designed for seamless integration with the NEXTassyst or NEXTmatters platform, allowing professionals to securely manage email communication and documents directly from Outlook.

With this add-in, users can:

• Select emails from their inbox
• Archive both the message and its attachments into a selected case or folder within NEXTassyst or NEXTmatters

This ensures important correspondence is stored in the right place for future reference or compliance purposes.

Additionally, while composing new emails, users can:

• Browse their organization’s document library in NEXTassyst or NEXTmatters
• Select one or more files to attach
• Insert predefined body text
• Select recipient email addresses linked to specific cases or contacts

This eliminates the need to switch between applications, speeds up communication, and ensures consistency.

A secure login is required to access the add-in. Users must retrieve a personal authentication code from the NEXTassyst or NEXTmatters platform in order to sign in. This ensures data privacy and secure handling of sensitive information.
